You can also take part in the Concept2 Challenge Series or Distance Award Scheme which encourage you to keep training and get into healthy habits that last a lifetime.
As well as online competitions and challenges there are is also a full diary of races that provide an opportunity for the competitive amongst you to pit yourselves against the best in the country, and meet the ever growing indoor rowing community.

The Concept2 website is the hub for indoor rowers in the UK. There is a strong community that has been built around the site through the forum, the race series and the user blogs. The forum is a great place to meet other indoor rowers, many of whom started off with all the same questions as you and are always happy to help. There is also an extensive training section that provides all the information that you need to get the most out of indoor rowing, whether you want to race, lose weight or train for a range of different sports, including Running, Sailing and Rugby.
