No, we are only discontinuing the equipment hire side of the business. All other services remain fully operational.

All equipment will be collected at the earliest opportunity from the email we sent to you.

We will be in touch to arrange the return of equipment and finalise any account matters. You will:

Be contacted with a pickup date

Be eligible for a refund if you’ve prepaid beyond the end date (see below)

Not be charged beyond [insert final billing date]

Yes, if you’ve paid in advance beyond our closure date, we’ll process a pro-rata refund. Refunds will be issued via the selected payment method within 10 business days after the collection is made.

Require you to ensure the equipment is clean, disassembled (if needed), and accessible

Yes! We’re offering select equipment for sale at discounted prices. If you’re interested in purchasing, contact us at info@indoorsportservices.co.uk and we’ll let you know what’s available.
