Order Payments

All orders placed online will need to be paid for by credit or debit card. Transactions are processed through the Sage Pay secure server - this is on an external site and you will be re-directed back to the Indoor Sport Services site when the transaction is complete.

Indoor Rower & SkiErg Despatch

Despatch will be within 2 - 28 days of order acceptance although most orders are despatched within 7 days. Delivery is by third party and therefore timing can not be guaranteed. Please note that we are unable to deliver Indoor Rowers to either a BFPO address or a PO Box number.

Indoor Rower & SkiErg Delivery

Delivery is from date of despatch. Delivery is by third party and therefore timing can not be guaranteed. There is no charge for the standard specified working day (Monday-Friday) delivery of the Concept2 Indoor Rower throughout mainland Great Britain*. Next day delivery is available on Indoor Rower and SkiErg orders placed before midday Monday to Friday. AM and Saturday delivery options are available for an extra charge and delivery for destinations outside of the mainland Great Britain* are available on request. Contact us for details and price. Some areas of Scotland are excluded from the before midday and Saturday services.

Parts & Accessories Delivery

Delivery to any mainland Great Britain* address is £4.50 per order. You can opt for Priority Delivery** for an additional £3 per order by selecting it in Your Basket - Priority Delivery orders received by midday on any weekday will be despatched that day (orders received after midday will be processed the next working day) using either Special Delivery (a guaranteed next working day delivery service from the Royal Mail) or a next working day courier service depending on the weight of the order.

Delivery to offshore, Ireland or Northern Ireland addresses are the same as standard GB delivery unless the order weight is over 2Kg, where courier delivery is required. Please contact us for details.

Money Back Guarantee/Cancellation Policy

All Indoor Sport Services products come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product within this period, please notify us and then return the product for a full refund.

Warranty

We provide a fully transferable parts only warranty for the Concept2 Rower against material defects in quality or workmanship for the following period:

We do not provide a warranty with Goods other than the Concept2 Indoor Rower and SkiErg - we will, however, transfer the benefit of any manufacturers warranty given to us in respect of Goods purchased by you where we are permitted to do so.

Further details of our warranty and the procedure for warranty claims are available in our terms and conditions which you will be required to accept before proceeding to purchase any Goods on this website.

Register Your Warranty


Maintenance

Indoor Sport Services products are designed to require the minimum of maintenance. Spare parts are supplied with full instructions via the postal service upon receipt of payment by cheque, credit card or debit card order.

*Great Britain = Mainland England, Scotland and Wales only
