Hiring a machine is simple. You just need to choose your preferred machine(s) and proceed to create a customer account and then checkout to make your initial payments. Once that payment has been made, you will be prompted to sign in to your customer account in order to sign your hire agreement, provide proof of identification and set up your direct debit.
We will get in touch via email within 3-5 working days to arrange delivery on a date of your choosing. We operate an in-house delivery service for the majority of England and Wales. Delivery will take place 2-3 weeks from the date of application.
Time to get started. Find the perfect spot for your new equipment, set up the machine for your preferences and start training! If you haven't used the equipment before, make use of the different settings and see what works best for you and your workouts.
Make sure to keep any packaging that comes with your machine to speed up the collection process, as you will need this to return your machine. When you are ready, simply contact us to arrange a convenient weekday for collection. Once returned we will cancel your direct debit and refund your deposit upon a satisfactory inspection of your machine.
