Contact us to let us know that you have a problem with your machine. You can reach us via the form below, phone, email or our social media channels. We are able to resolve some issues over the phone, if contacting us via email please include any photos of the fault that you are able to provide.
In the majority of cases, the machines simply require a new footstrap, shock cord, chain etc. When this is the case, we will post out the part to you free of charge within 48 hours. In some cases, this may take longer when we need to order in a new part from our suppliers.
We have chosen our machines for their robust and easy to maintain nature. Should you experience a problem, we will post to the part to you and ask that you replace the part yourself. These tasks should take no longer than 5 minutes and instructions are available.
In rare cases, it may be that you need an engineer or a new machine. Once we are aware of the fault, We will arrange a suitable date and time with you to either come and fix the machine or swap it out for a new machine.
